Our quality control systems are applied to all aspects of the fabrication process ensuring consistent quality standards.  From receipt of all orders to site fitting, a computer based tracking system is used to monitor projects throughout the process. This enables the current status of any project to be assessed, ensures rigid deadlines are met and up to date information can be provided to clients.

Highly skilled fitters work in one of Ireland's most technological advanced manufacturing facilities. Traditional methods, as well as Plasma & Laser cutting machines work on plate and tubular materials achieving finishes and accuracy that simply are not available elsewhere.

Our fitting teams are comprised of qualified welders and fitters including stainless steel experts. They are fully certified in safe pass & manual handling and all tools used are regularly calibrated and carry up to date certification.
