Our 3 acre facility is
comprehensively equipped, boasting market leading plant and machinery, which enable any project to be undertaken
with minimum fuss and maximum speed. Our laser cutting machine
enables O' Carroll Engineering reach levels of cutting accuracy and finish product quality that cannot be matched
through normal fabrication processes.
Stainless Steel: All stainless steel (grades 304, 316, or mirror finish)
projects are carried out in a dedicated facility by experienced stainless steel fabricators.
Much of the work is laser cut to ensure accuracy
but also a finish unmatched by traditional stainless welding methods. Every effort is used to ensure the
finish product is to a very high standard and prior to leaving all products are treated and where necessary
wrapped before installation on site.
While stainless steel in general is very low maintenance, O’ Carroll Engineering as members
of the British Stainless Steel Association recommend an infrequent cleaning regime be followed to maintain
its finish. Suggestions on frequency and methods of cleaning can be found in our Stainless Steel
handbook which we give to all our clients with our finished work.
